1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the my3win website accessible at my3win.win, including all associated sub-pages, products, and services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the my3win Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's my3win wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins credits, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotion, which are subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited directly by the Player into their Account via approved payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on my3win, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by my3win from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and my3win with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the my3win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person accessing the Platform in a personal capacity;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of my3win, or a close family member of any such person;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by my3win or by any third-party responsible gaming body;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or nominee for any other person;
• You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by my3win for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

my3win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. By registering, you consent to such verification procedures.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating more than one Account – whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household – is strictly prohibited. my3win employs technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, my3win reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details;
• Keep your Account credentials, including your password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify my3win promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Update your personal information promptly in the event of any change.

my3win shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account whether or not authorised by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on my3win are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online Banking.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, which is typically instantaneous for e-wallet transactions. my3win does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may impose separate transaction charges for which my3win accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by my3win within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of the Platform. Standard withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.

my3win reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been satisfied; or (c) you have not completed identity verification to my3win's satisfaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

my3win may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback, and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

General bonus conditions applicable to all my3win promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are available for withdrawal at any time (subject to standard withdrawal procedures); bonus funds are not withdrawable and are consumed first in gameplay unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonus winnings that satisfy all applicable wagering requirements become real-money funds and are withdrawable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• my3win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, system error, or where the integrity of the promotion has been compromised.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including through multi-accounting, structured betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors – constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the my3win Platform are operated by independently licensed and certified game providers. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in applicable games are independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories including GLI, eCOGRA, and equivalent bodies. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider and are not modified by my3win.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on my3win's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and authoritative record for the purposes of determining bet outcomes. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the my3win Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip dumping in poker or other competitive games;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any transaction intended to conceal the origins of funds;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider while retaining winnings from those funds.

9 Responsible Gaming

my3win provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or log-out timers to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from all my3win products. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of elapsed session time and net win/loss position.

my3win strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under the age of 21.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the my3win Platform, including but not limited to the my3win brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content licensed from third-party providers, is the exclusive intellectual property of my3win or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of my3win.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my3win shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or goodwill, even if my3win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

my3win's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits my3win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

my3win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) my3win determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players; or (d) you request closure of your Account.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account following completion of all pending investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timeframes and KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon Account closure.

13 Privacy

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by my3win is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. my3win will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to my3win's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian law and are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local legislation. my3win makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to Terms

my3win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Account holders via email or prominent in-Platform notice at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the amendment taking effect.
