Visit the my3win website and click the Register button on the homepage. Fill in your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You will receive a one-time verification code via SMS or email to complete registration. The entire process takes under five minutes. You must be at least 21 years old to register.

my3win requires a clear copy of your Malaysian identity document (MyKad front and back, or passport photo page) and a proof of address document dated within the last three months – a utility bill, bank statement, or Maybank/CIMB/Public Bank e-statement all work. Upload these via the Account Settings verification section. Most KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the my3win Login page and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If you continue to have trouble, contact support at [email protected].

No. my3win strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts – whether registered under different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to the compliance team. If you accidentally created two accounts, contact support immediately.

You can request permanent account closure by contacting my3win support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal verification. Note that permanent closure is irreversible; if you need a temporary break, consider using the self-exclusion or cool-off tools in Account Settings instead.

my3win supports Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). E-wallet deposits via Touch n Go and Boost are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are usually processed within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours.

The minimum deposit at my3win is RM 30 across all supported payment methods – Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. There is no minimum amount difference between e-wallets and bank transfers. If a deposit of RM 30 is not appearing in your balance after 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

my3win processes approved Touch n Go eWallet withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. The funds appear in your Touch n Go eWallet almost instantly once the transfer is initiated. Withdrawals submitted during system maintenance windows or outside standard hours may take slightly longer. Standard KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

my3win does not charge any platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside my3win's control. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in line with standard AML practices.

Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete, if the applicable wagering requirement on a claimed bonus has not been fully met, or if the transaction has been flagged for routine security review. Log in to your my3win account and check the Notifications section for any pending actions. If no notification is shown and your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact support.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions as detailed in the individual promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player.

A wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a RM 50 bonus means you need to place a total of RM 1,250 in qualifying bets before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each my3win promotion are stated clearly in the promotion terms.

Yes. All my3win bonus funds carry an expiry date, which is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is credited. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money funds in your account are not affected by bonus expiry. Check the Promotions section of your account for active bonus status and deadlines.

Choose Self-Exclusion and select your preferred period: 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Confirm your request in writing. The exclusion is processed within 24 hours. During exclusion you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed before the end date.
